Over the last 3 months there has been a petrified bat caught in the power lines near my house. At first I thought he was just sleeping, but after a couple weeks I realised he was dead.. but then he just stayed there, through wind and rain, clinging on with such brave and impressive petrified bat strength. I would gaze up at him proudly ever time I walked down to the local convenience store. I grew very fond of the little fellow, but a couple days ago he disappeared. Farewell my brave little friend, your memory will live on in my heart.

My father just gave me the COOLEST BOOK EVER. ..and it actually has loads of equations and worked examples in it with regard to field theory, relativity, quantum effects, etc, unlike most wimpy layman’s physics/paranormal books. yay
